The first and last day of service may be prorated to align with your travel schedule — offering seamless flexibility and fairness.

All overnight stays include complete daytime care and overnight companionship until morning — ensuring your pet’s comfort, safety, and emotional ease from evening through sunrise.

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your booking and secure your dates, a 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling.
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance will receive a credit toward future services, valid for one year.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less of your scheduled stay are non-refundable, as your dates have been specially reserved for your pet’s personalized care.
During holiday periods, a 3-day, 2-night minimum applies. Holiday reservations are non-refundable once confirmed, as these premium dates are held exclusively for you.
